After receiving the booking, we will send a confirmation by email. We ask for a deposit of 50% of the roomprice to be paid within one week. The reservation is confirmed as soon as we have received the down payment. If the down payment is not received within one week, we have the right to release the room for rental.
- CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Any changes can be discussed via email or telephone. When Auberge le Grillon agrees to the changes, we will send a new confirmation, with the changes incorporated.
In case of cancellation, the following charges apply:
- In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded. € 15,= will be charge for administration costs.
- In case of cancellation within 60 to 7 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will only be refunded if we have been able to re-let the room. € 15,= will be charge for administration costs.
- In case of cancellation within 7 days of the arrival or during the stay, the total roomprice will be charged.
- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The room is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the room must be released no later than 11 am.
Auberge le Grillon cannot be held responsible for damage, theft or loss of guests belongings. The same applies for injuries caused to guests, regardless of the cause. Entering our premises is at your own expense and risk.
Guests must take care of cancellation insurance and travel insurance themselves.
- FORCE MAJEURE
In case Auberge le Grillon must cancel a reservation due to a force majeure, the deposit made will be refunded. Auberge le Grillon does not accept any liability for other damage suffered by the guest, no further claim can be made for any form of compensation of any kind.
