General terms and conditions for the Gîte
When making a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The deposit must be paid within 2 weeks after confirmation. The reservation is only definitive after receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit. Cancellation between 14 and 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.
Check-in is possible from 16:00. Check-out must be completed before 10:00. The remaining payment is due upon arrival.
The gîte is suitable for a maximum of 2 persons. Pets are not allowed in the gîte. Smoking is not permitted in the gîte.
The tenant must keep the gîte smoke-free. Organising parties is not permitted. Night rest must be respected. The tenant must handle the inventory of the gîte with care.
Any damage to the gîte or its inventory will be settled against the security deposit.
A mandatory final cleaning fee of €30 applies. The gîte must be left in a broom-clean condition upon departure.
In case of force majeure (natural disaster, war, pandemic or other extraordinary circumstances), suitable solutions will be sought in consultation.
French law applies to these terms and conditions.
