Terms

  1. RESERVATION

Upon receipt of the reservation, we will send a confirmation by email. We ask for a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost within one week. The reservation is final as soon as we receive the deposit. If the deposit is not received within one week, we have the right to release the room for rent again.

  1. CHANGE AND CANCEL

Any changes can be discussed via email or telephone contact. When Auberge Le Grillon agrees to the changes we will send a new confirmation, incorporating the changes.

In case of cancellation, the following amounts will be charged:

  • If cancelled up to 60 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be fully refunded by us. An amount of € 15 for administration costs will be charged.
  • in case of cancellation within 60 to 7 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded only if we were able to re-rent the room. A €15 administration fee will be charged.
  • in case of cancellation within 7 days before the start of the stay and in case of cancellation of a reserved stay, the entire amount of the reservation is due to us.
  1. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The reserved room is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the room must be released no later than 11:00 am.

  1. LIABILITY

Auberge Le Grillon cannot be held responsible for damage, theft or loss of guests' property. The same applies to injuries caused to guests, regardless of the cause. Entering our premises is at your own expense and risk.

Guests must provide their own cancellation and travel insurance.

  1. OVERVIEW

If Auberge Le Grillon has to cancel a reservation due to force majeure, the deposit made will be refunded. Auberge Le Grillon accepts no liability for any other damage suffered by the guest, no further claim for any compensation of any kind can be made.
