  1. RESERVATION

Upon receipt of the reservation, we will send confirmation by email based on availability. We require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay within one week. The reservation is final as soon as we receive the deposit. If the deposit is not received within one week, we have the right to release the room for rental again.

  1. CHANGE AND CANCEL

Any changes can be discussed via email or telephone contact. When Auberge Le Grillon agrees to the changes we will send a new confirmation, incorporating the changes.

In case of cancellation, the following amounts will be charged:

  • If cancelled up to 60 days before the start of the stay, we will refund the deposit in full.
  • In case of cancellation within 60 to 14 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation within 14 days before the start of the stay and in case of cancellation of a reserved stay, the entire amount of the reservation is due to us.

  1. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

On the day of arrival, the key to the reserved room can be picked up between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. On the day of departure, the room must be released no later than 11:00 am.

  1. LIABILITY

Auberge Le Grillon cannot be held responsible for damage, theft or loss of guests' property. The same applies to injuries caused to guests, regardless of the cause. Entering our premises is at your own expense and risk.

Guests must provide their own cancellation and travel insurance.

  1. OVERVIEW

If Auberge Le Grillon has to cancel a reservation due to force majeure, the deposit made will be refunded. Auberge Le Grillon accepts no liability for any other damage suffered by the guest, no further claim for any compensation of any kind can be made.

  1. STAY GUESTS

  • A maximum of two people will stay in a double room, and a maximum of 4 - people in the family room.
  • Minimum age 12, a minor will be accompanied by an adult.

  1. STAY PETS

Pets may be brought for a fee. We have the following rules for the stay of the pet.

  • The pet does not stay alone in the room and is supervised at all times, except when in a Bench.
  • The pets do not use the beds, chairs, or shower.
  • The owner takes care of the pet himself.

  1. DAMAGE

Any accidents or damage can happen.

  • The main tenant is liable for damages caused by himself/herself, co-tenant.
  • Any damages may be charged by the landlord.
